In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to uncover user behavior insights.
• Influence data-driven decisions to elevate product metrics and patient experience.
• Conduct exploratory research to generate innovative ideas aiding metric improvement.
• Assess and report on the success and performance of product features.
• Generate data insights and actionable recommendations for product teams.
• Execute and assess product experiments.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for widespread data insight access.
• Communicate data findings and methodologies across the organization.
• Lead initiatives that strategically add value through Data Science.
• Guide and mentor team members to enhance the standard of data analysis.
