Cedent Inc. seeks a Data Analyst in St. Louis, MO, to drive significant business impact through advanced analytics. This role involves collaborating with corporate and health plan partners to deliver robust analytics and reporting capabilities to enhance business performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze data from various sources, including claims, provider, member, and encounter data.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL, Microsoft Excel, or other analytics tools.
• Lead large-scale projects and new reporting tools, translating business goals into actionable solutions.
• Identify and resolve data, process, and technical issues, communicating root causes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners across the organization to communicate findings and insights effectively.
• Engage independently with business leaders to understand specific market levers and constraints.
• Utilize enterprise reporting tools to deliver data-driven insights rapidly.
• Research business problems and identify opportunities for cost and utilization improvements through quantitative analysis.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback when required.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices and business need fulfillment, delegating tasks as necessary.
