Data Analyst II

The Data Analyst II will play a crucial role in analyzing and validating health management data, generating reports, and providing insightful trends. This role is an integral part of the team, contributing to the continuous improvement of healthcare management.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data from various sources including financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data.
• Generate compliant reports for IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS.
• Perform data cleansing and reconciliation analysis.
• Conduct trend analysis in healthcare management.
• Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL through Business Objects and direct database links.
• Produce reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and monitor data trends to identify issues.
• Execute data changes and update core systems.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, communicating risks and issues to the manager.
• Assist in training lower-level Data Analysts.

• Healthcare Experience
• HEDIS Experience
• SQL
• SAS
