In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement algorithms for targeted business needs using data science techniques.
• Design and construct analysis tools for extracting and analyzing data.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis from complex data sources.
• Build data models to predict member outcomes and the future impact of key decisions.
• Design experiments to monitor metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop mathematical and statistical models to recognize patterns and relevant events.
• Participate in presentations to communicate research findings.
• Assist in the design of automated analytic processes for scalability.
• Validate health management program outcomes using various tools.
• Manage multiple projects and aid in Data Analyst training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather business requirements and ensure user adoption of developed solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Expertise in data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with large scale data acquisition and transformation.
• Proficiency in analyzing both structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SAP, DB2, Teradata, MS SQL Server, SAP HANA, and MySQL.
