The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external clients, to drive business growth through optimized call center operations and customer acquisition strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate complex data into actionable insights through data visualization and reporting.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to guide strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.
• Engage with clients to optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
• Support data model planning and creation.
• Collaborate on developing data strategies to support business growth.
• Provide C-Level executives with data insights to inform strategic decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with BI visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• At least 4 years in call center operations and business analytics.
