Cella, a part of Randstad Digital, is looking for a Technical Data Analyst to enhance collaboration with product management and data teams. This role is essential for developing scalable and reusable data architectures that meet business requirements, allowing for optimized data solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and data teams to design scalable data architectures.
• Define data sources, KPIs, and business rules together with product teams.
• Ensure data aligns with business needs and reduce redundancies.
• Analyze data stores to support current and future data architectures.
• Create mappings for new data sets and partner with enterprise data management on governance.
• Support report developers to ensure alignment with data design.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, preferably in BI and Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or system analysis.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with big data and cloud solutions like Databricks & Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments.
