In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling.
• Analyze data related to financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member sectors.
• Conduct IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS reporting.
• Engage in data cleansing and reconciliation analysis.
• Perform trend analysis within healthcare management.
• Create and produce reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Interpret business requirements and monitor data trends.
• Execute data changes and update core systems.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines, reporting risks and issues.
• Assist in training junior Data Analysts.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
