The role of Data Analyst II is pivotal in managing complex data requirements and generating insights to support Centene's healthcare management objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze health management programs including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement.
• Conduct analysis on financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data.
• Fulfill IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting requirements.
• Perform internal data cleansing and reconciliation analysis.
• Execute trend analysis in diverse health care management functions.
• Create reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL, Business Objects, and core databases.
• Produce reports for and communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and interpret business requirements to monitor data trends.
• Implement data updates and changes to core systems as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate risks to management.
• Support training initiatives for lower-level Data Analysts.
• Comply with organizational policies and standards.
