In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide advanced analytical support across areas including claims, provider and clinical data, pharmacy, and external reporting.
• Extract, load, and model large data sets across multiple systems.
• Evaluate data to determine operational impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver reports to management.
• Utilize tools like MS Excel, Access, SQL for data modeling.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements through data audits and analysis.
• Assist in training and mentoring other Data Analysts.

This role requires you to have:

• Excellent statistical or data analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL programming
• Project management or involvement in project implementation
