In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create compelling data visuals using Power BI or Tableau to assist business users.
• Offer advanced analytical support across domains such as claims, provider data, and member data.
• Manage large-scale data operations involving extraction, loading, modeling, and reconciliation.
• Review data to assess operational impacts and propose necessary actions.
• Develop management reports and deliverables.
• Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other analytical tools.
• Conduct data quality audits to ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Data Analysts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
