The role of Data Analyst IV exists to address the complex analytic data needs of the business unit and provide leadership to other Data Analysts. The team is focused on leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide advanced analytical support in areas such as claims, provider data, and clinical data.
• Handle complex data projects and lead other Data Analysts.
• Extract, model, and reconcile large datasets across various platforms.
• Evaluate data for operational impacts and initiate actions as needed.
• Create reports, deliverables, and make management recommendations.
• Utilize tools like MS Excel, Access, and SQL for data modeling.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards through data audits.
• Mentor and train other Data Analysts.
• Assist in determining workload for Data Analysts and perform additional duties as assigned.
