• Maintain spreadsheets and produce statistical data for reports.
• Analyze reports for data accuracy and necessary modifications.
• Manage and update provider data applications.
• Coordinate data verification for providers.
• Resolve provider data issues and assist in meeting SLA targets.
• Work weekends and overtime as needed.
