In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data from various sources including claims, provider, member, and encounter data.
• Develop, execute, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL, Microsoft Excel, or other analytics tools.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data irregularities and present findings to leadership or customers.
• Manage multiple complex and variable tasks and data review processes within targeted timelines.
• Deliver business solution architecture and validate implementation.
• Engage in data profiling and source to target mapping.
• Work on complex data integration from disparate sources.
• Apply senior level expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and presenting data.
• Support multiple functions within the organization and effectively communicate insights to non-technical business partners.
• Engage with customers and business partners to gather requirements and validate results.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
