CMDB Data Analyst I

Centennial Bank is searching for an adept CMDB Data Analyst I to administer the configuration management database, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency. The role involves cooperating with IT system administrators to maintain the CMDB and aligning it with best practices. The team focuses on data accuracy, compliance, and optimal system performance to support IT service management initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow environments for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine health assessments of environments.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow security policies.
• Ensure CMDB compliance with Common Service Data Model.
• Validate and update configuration items within the CMDB.
• Collaborate with process owners for accurate CI information.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow Discovery processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for new CI onboarding.
• Resolve discovery-related issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of CMDB processes.
• Generate reports on CMDB health and data accuracy.
• Support asset management processes and audit compliance.
• Contribute to IT Service Management roadmap implementation.
• Support reporting on ITIL discipline key metrics.
• Complete required BSA/AML and compliance training.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 Certification.
• ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - CMDB).
