The Senior Meter Data Analyst will monitor and analyze system performance, support strategic initiatives and enhance business processes to ensure operational excellence.

• Apply continuous improvement methods to standardize processes
• Investigate anomalies using available systems to ensure data completeness
• Interpret diagnostic meter data, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and recommend countermeasures
• Evaluate hardware and firmware modifications to minimize system impacts
• Document and execute test plans for system upgrades
• Recommend meter configurations and system parameters
• Support field personnel in troubleshooting meter-related issues through data analytics

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience as a business or technical analyst
• Experience with analytical applications and system upgrades
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Respect for individuals and adherence to company values and practices
