In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create new reports and dashboards based on program managers' needs.
- Run routine weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Document report creation processes for user clarity.
- Develop strategies for data collection for new projects or grants.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and create visual data presentations.
- Ensure data integrity and execute regular data audits.
- Maintain and update databases for ongoing program evaluation.

This role requires you to have:
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
