CereCore offers an opportunity in their Utilization Services Group as a Product Analyst who will support and improve application systems. This role is integral in enhancing scheduling solutions to meet user needs and will involve coordination with senior analysts and development teams to continuously improve software applications.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate system maintenance and document changes with senior analysts.
• Manage enhancement requests and coordinate priority settings.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure product priority alignment.
• Perform quality assurance testing in pre-production and production.
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain product updates and releases.
• Collect and document user requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in designing software solutions addressing business needs.
• Configure applications to meet customer demands and support go-live operations.
• Understand data capture processes and support integration across systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure timely document distribution.
• Support and document product issues, providing end-user assistance.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage projects.

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and Teradata.
• Healthcare industry experience.
