• Support the analytical team in identifying and conducting research.
• Monitor and verify data integrity and assist with data management.
• Collect, validate, and manage data from various sources.
• Create reports, summaries, and briefing books, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead survey projects including design and implementation under guidance.
• Maintain performance results using scorecard software.
• Support the performance measurement reporting calendar.
• Adapt to changing analytical priorities and procedures.
