In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide support for data analytics in the Injury Compensation System.
• Recommend enhancements for data science, engineering, analysis, and management in the CICP program.
• Enhance transparency and data incorporation in CICP initiatives.
• Review and enhance data-related materials.
• Collaborate with HRSA and government stakeholders.
• Develop processes for effective contract performance.
• Improve customer satisfaction using data.
• Support contract deliverable development and approval.
• Contribute to Risk Management processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of five years in data science, engineering, or analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a Data Analyst with proven data interpretation skills.
• Strong data analysis and writing capabilities.
• Onsite availability in Rockville, MD.

Candidates must be able to undergo a government security clearance investigation and possibly obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). An active Public Trust security clearance and CAC are preferred but not required.
