Cherokee Federal seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst for its team, contributing to IRS digitalization and broader federal technology transformations. Part of the Cherokee Nation Business group, the company serves over 60 federal clients with a mission-focused approach. The role supports business and technology transformations through data analysis and insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative data analysis for partner dissemination.
• Support data analysis for employee sentiment, financial, and operational evaluations.
• Develop data visualization and business intelligence tools, including dashboards and forecasting models.
• Create ETL pipelines and cleanse data for visualization products.
• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Lead junior consultants in creating analytics solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or a Master's degree with relevant experience.
• 1-2 years experience in data visualization, statistical methods, data science tools.
• 5 years of experience with data visualization and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent data visualization tools.
• SQL and programming proficiency in Python or R.
