This position plays a crucial role in managing data processes for student placement and improving enrollment systems. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analysis on complex datasets.
• Evaluate data integrity and consistency.
• Extract and understand data to meet business requirements.
• Identify trends and anomalies in collected data.
• Produce visualizations and summarize metrics for reports.
• Collaborate with business experts to identify additional data needs.
• Manage data projects and document processes.
• Support data systems and manage data connections.
• Train and mentor junior Data Analysts.
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal-setting.
• Participate in Data Analyst user group meetings.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis and coding with analytic tools.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
