In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the intake of research data requests under the Director of Analytics
• Monitor and handle data request platforms
• Collaborate with the Clinical Research Informatics co-director
• Document, triage, and fulfill data requests for research initiatives

This role requires you to have:

• 2 years of experience in service delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Basic-to-intermediate scripting skills in PL/SQL, MSSql, R, or Python
• Understanding of project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Airtable)
• Basic BI development skills using tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including chart/graph creation
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
