Analytics Engineer

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on improving and maintaining data pipelines and models to support various business needs. The position involves collaboration with different teams to ensure high-quality data processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines for the System and Performance team.
• Utilize REST API using Python and Airflow for data ingestion.
• Create models for data ingestion using DBT and perform platform migration to Snowflake.
• Leverage Informatica ETL for capturing business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage survey data and campaign recipient lists.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production pipelines.
• Use ArcGIS for patient location geocoding.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related field (or Master's with relevant experience).
• Predictive modeling and data mining.
• REST API development.
• Apache Hadoop tools (SQOOP, Pig, Hive).
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) with NLTK.
• Proficiency in Python and R.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with ArcGIS.
• Experience in data model migrations.

Position includes minimal local travel (< 5%) for meetings and conferences.
