The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop metrics and dashboards, providing insights that drive recruitment and retention strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze HR metrics and workforce data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational metrics.
• Compile data for Workforce Insight Surveys.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify operational efficiency metrics.
• Build a comprehensive workforce metrics data glossary.
• Interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Engage in data integration from multiple sources.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Big Data, Data Processing, and Data Manipulation.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, and SQL.

The role is based in Maryland at Inventa Towers, Silver Spring. It requires a full-time commitment, with standard working hours from 8 to 5.
