In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize data analysis to transform complex business issues into actionable insights.

• Build strong relationships with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of People Analytics solutions and contribute to the analytics solutions roadmap.
• Interpret diverse data sources to make HR-related recommendations in recruitment, operations, and compliance.
• Provide leadership for analytics projects and communicate findings effectively within the organization.
• Use external benchmarking for metrics and analytics practices.
• Operate independently, applying critical thinking to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Support the team with ad-hoc projects and analyses as necessary.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• 5-8 years of experience as an HR Analyst or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and analytics tools like Workday Prism and Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data into impactful insights.
• Experience in visual storytelling through data presentations and charts.
• Skills in managing cross-functional projects and deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
