In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Gather, compile, and analyze HR data to support recruitment and field operations.
• Ensure accurate and reliable people data, cleaning errors and enhancing analyses.
• Work independently, using critical thinking to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases, producing clear reports.
• Design engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across HR teams and field operations.
• Guide the team on best practices and make performance improvement recommendations.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• 3-5 years of HR Analyst experience.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating detailed spreadsheets and presentations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of collaborating with executives and business partners.
• Commitment to company mission and values.
