Community Health Systems is seeking a Technical Product Analyst who will utilize data analysis and technical proficiency to address business needs and define product requirements. Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and clinicians, this individual will transform complex healthcare challenges into actionable specifications, playing a vital role in improving patient outcomes and operational practices.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed needs assessments and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Convert business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
• Evaluate existing data sources to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Manage product backlog items and prioritize tasks.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure solution viability.
• Engage in the software development lifecycle from concept to maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on project execution.
• Monitor project milestones and address potential risks.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong team relationships.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements and feedback gathering.
