In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis and governance activities with a focus on analytics and integration.
  • Design and prototype solutions to meet data use and integration requirements.
  • Guide the organization on data science strategies and AI potential.
  • Develop deep learning models and apply machine learning techniques.
  • Create datasets and integrate performance management with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data practices and ensure compliance.
  • Mentor, coach, and train junior analysts in data science methodologies.
  • Communicate complex data-driven insights using storytelling and visualizations.

This role requires you to have:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
  • 4 years of experience with SQL programming and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in a healthcare system setting and with multidisciplinary teams.
  • 2 years of expertise in Quality Improvement techniques and forecasting simulation.

You would benefit from having:

  • Mentoring junior analysts and EPIC Caboodle Certification.
  • Experience with geocoding data and visualization software.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control methods.
