Human Resources Data Analyst I

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HR data
• Research and resolve data-related issues in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Workforce Software systems
• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution
• Create, update, and distribute reports
• Provide internal consulting support
• Collaborate with internal departments for data integrity
• Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer service
• Update training documentation
• Assist in defining and executing system tests

This role requires you to have:

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• 1 year of data analysis and issue resolution experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to meet customer requirements intuitively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with HR cloud solutions like SAP SuccessFactors or Workforce Software
