Cintel Inc. is a Small Business focused on providing strategies and services to support a diverse range of Government clients in areas such as Software Development, Cyber Security, Data Science, and more. This Senior Data Analyst role is pivotal for a government project office addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems, specifically Mission Command systems.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to build data analytics outputs and knowledge management for an Army Project Office.
• Create a data analytics environment using platforms like Power BI for use across all levels of the Project Office.
• Manage the full process from initial requirements to developing Power BI Reports with advanced visualizations.
• Maintain and sustain the Power BI-based environment hosted by the Army.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes, information workflow, and data storage.
• Develop Power Apps to optimize internal operations, including creating SharePoint solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams via video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Experience as a SharePoint Developer
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and supporting colleagues
