This role involves analyzing loyalty program data to influence global strategies, as part of the Global Data & Analytics Team supporting the North American Loyalty team in Charlotte, NC. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Loyalty Managers and Analytics team to analyze CRM communications data.
• Implement Customer Science initiatives like segmentation and fraud detection within the Loyalty Analytics framework.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics and support business stakeholders in achieving key objectives.
• Facilitate best practices and enhance existing processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency with BI and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure, and Databricks.
• Experience with SQL and PySpark.
• Strong analytical, creative, and pragmatic thinking.
