Sr. Data Engineer

This role is integral to understanding customer behavior and improving strategic decision-making processes. The engineer will collaborate closely with various departments to support product development, customer service, and marketing initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to prioritize customer data needs.
• Analyze and recommend changes to data processes.
• Provide insights for Use Case development and document business requirements.
• Apply analytic methods to interpret customer behavior from diverse data sources.
• Compile and integrate data into actionable insights.
• Recommend data architecture for specific use cases.
• Work with IT to develop relational databases and capture significant data elements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external service providers.
• Supervise a data analyst.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in data management and analysis.
• 3+ years in developing database solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and database software.
• 2+ years experience with Python.
