This role focuses on leveraging Python and statistical analysis to develop insights and reduce false positives. The team aims to improve the American Money Laundering (AML) program through data quality and effectiveness initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop tools using Python for financial crime detection.
• Identify threats through data insights and patterns.
• Perform extensive statistical and exploratory data analyses.
• Use Hadoop and Spark for data extraction processes.
• Implement machine learning solutions for outlier detection.
• Design data dashboards and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support business-led initiatives to enhance AML program.
