Citi is looking for a Data Integration Lead Analyst who will facilitate the execution of daily activities to support the Data Transformation Plan. The role involves working under pressure to meet deadlines, collaborating with various functions and teams, and utilizing strong interpersonal and project management skills to deliver results.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data consumers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Develop process improvements and streamline operational workflows.
• Interpret data and results based on analytical information.
• Provide informal guidance or training to team members.
• Create and maintain a product road map.
• Solve complex problems and integrate industry standards and practices.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and conduct meetings.
• Evaluate project status, identify risks, and propose solutions.
• Refine presentation content for governance forums.
• Manage program/project activities and dependencies.
• Resolve project issues and advise on policies and processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables.
• Conduct analysis for various data initiatives including data quality and governance.
• Develop business requirements and map current and future state processes.
• Contribute to strategic design and process improvement implementations.
• Assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard Citigroup and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance Product Owners for innovative solutions.

This role requires you to have:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance
• 6+ years in innovation, product development, and digital strategy
• Project management expertise
• Familiarity with data concepts
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL
• Understanding of database structures
• Experience in system query language
• Advanced knowledge of project management and business analysis
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

You would benefit from having:
