The Senior Analyst role is critical in dissecting complex problems and turning insights into impactful solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize innovative features and algorithms to reduce false positives and detect threats.
• Transform data mining outputs into coherent business proposals.
• Employ statistical analytics, graph theory, and machine learning for financial crime detection.
• Conduct data mining using data science tools on relational and big data databases.
• Develop intelligence from big data sets to drive decision recommendations.
• Investigate financial crime processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Communicate recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
• Develop and train on new tactical solutions or strategic applications.
• Mentor and develop junior employees.

This role requires you to have:

• 2-6 years of experience with data science tools and methods
• Exceptional understanding of financial crime domains like AML and fraud
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical tools such as Python and R
• Experience with graph theory or network science tools
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide business recommendations
