Sr Data Analyst- Retail Sales & Strategy Analytics

Citizens' Enterprise Data & Analytics team is expanding its reach by employing sophisticated data analytics to bolster its retail sales strategy. This role focuses on advancing sales methodologies through the Smart Leads operation, which aggregates and optimizes sales leads. Candidates will work closely with Senior Data Analysts and collaborate with various teams to improve data-driven sales initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses for retail customer segmentation to refine lead strategies.
• Evaluate and revise Retail & PCRM lead programs regularly.
• Apply analytics to optimize lead distribution and scoring across branches.
• Develop capacity models for Retail Branch and PCRM to maximize lead production.
• Optimize contact reasons and lead prioritization through analytics.
• Generate sales leads to enhance customer engagement and growth.
• Integrate and improve targeting logic into lead generation programs.
• Maintain delivery of sales leads and analyze related data.
• Communicate analytic findings for diverse audiences within Agile frameworks.
• Collaborate with business partners to apply analytics in retail strategies.
• Design experiments to achieve corporate objectives.
• Automate various data processes and ensure quality control.
• Innovate by exploring new data techniques and platforms.
