This role involves overseeing data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in alignment with the bank's strategic goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project tracking with status updates for stakeholders.
• Review, research, and recommend process enhancements and automations.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve current processes.
• Act as a business expert adept in analysis and requirements gathering.
• Participate in process design and improvement activities.
• Support strategic and tactical program data delivery.
• Establish tracking metrics and standards documentation.
• Coordinate data access and identify necessary technical resources.
• Troubleshoot and develop optimal solutions for division strategies.
• Document requirements and test solutions effectively.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of data analysis or analytics experience in banking.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies like Agile.
