Sustainability Analyst (Data Analysis)

The City of Fort Lauderdale is committed to sustainability and climate resilience. They are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join their dedicated team. This role is pivotal in supporting various sustainability programs aimed at reducing energy consumption, minimizing greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing water efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Perform outreach to stakeholders regarding sustainability programs
• Collaborate with partners to reduce energy, water, and resource consumption
• Manage project timelines and monitor progress
• Support integration of sustainability in local and regional plans
• Track and evaluate performance of energy and water efficiency projects
• Act as liaison with external organizations
• Recommend improvements for sustainability programs
• Conduct data analysis and management
• Develop diagnostic tools and reports
• Monitor program performance and project metrics

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• At least one year of experience with environmental data analysis and reporting
