The Data Analyst I role supports this mission by implementing governance over a rapidly scaling data platform and collaborating with internal stakeholders to leverage data insights. This position helps integrate and optimize data utilization to achieve organizational goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Establish governance, curation, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with market 'super users' for upstream business logic.
• Develop and maintain a library of template tiles.
• Create dashboards to monitor BI platform performance.
• Become knowledgeable about data models, pipelines, and transformations.
• Support and train business users on the BI platform.
• Partner with departments to provide issue insights and standardize corporate dashboards.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business
• 2+ years of data analyst experience in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data management
• Strong analytical and statistical skills for data evaluation
• Ability to present technical outputs to non-technical audiences
• Skills in balancing priorities and setting expectations
• Experience with healthcare data and standard clinical metrics
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
