Data Science Analyst

Claritas Rx, a digital health venture, aims to clarify the complexities of specialty biopharmaceutical products. Leveraging a proprietary technology platform, they help biopharmaceutical firms generate actionable business insights. This role exists to support the Customer Success and product teams through data analytics and model building.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data and create visualizations and presentations with the Customer Success team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to develop and deploy analytical features.
• Apply existing data science tools and methodologies to answer business questions.
• Complete tasks independently with some guidance, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow departmental protocols and best practices.
• Advance analytics solutions and build or enhance predictive models using machine learning.
• Maintain and improve core analytical data models.
• Research new techniques and tools to resolve challenges and improve outcomes.

This role requires you to have:

• BS in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Operations Research, or other STEM fields.
• 0-2 years of experience in analytics or data science at a pharma/biotech manufacturer, health tech start-up, or technology company.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for statistical programming and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including statistical distribution, A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge in statistical modeling methods, such as logistic regression and multivariate linear regression.
• Understanding of relational data, data examination, cleaning, and transformation using Python and SQL.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving capabilities.
