The Data Analytics team partners with various business units to equip them with tools necessary for data-informed decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with HR to develop insights on talent and employee engagement.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and maintain analytic solutions using tools like Tableau and SSRS
- Support and update current analytic solutions
- Develop intuitive dashboards and reports
- Utilize data warehouses for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with internal clients to define project scope
- Assist end-users with self-service analytics
- Conduct testing, code review, and documentation
- Stay updated with new technologies

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Business Analytics, or Statistics
- Proficient in data retrieval and transformation using SQL

- Ability to work independently
