The Data Analyst role exists to strengthen their data-driven decision-making processes, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to solve business challenges using data insights.
• Translate analyses into actionable solutions and report expected outcomes.
• Analyze initiatives to measure effectiveness on KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to aid decision-making.
• Collect and interpret data sets for insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate processes to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Optimize metrics and reporting to track progress against goals.
• Utilize advanced analytics for business insights.
• Support A/B test design and analyze results.
• Maintain understanding of platforms and data structures.
• Partner with Data Engineering for complex data needs.
• Generate reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and/or R.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data visualization with Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
