In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Organize research and deliver rate and rule changes to the market, ensuring compliance and adequacy.
• Analyze profitability of assigned states and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide monthly performance reports for assigned states.
• Research and evaluate competitors' insurance products and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments on cross-functional projects.
• Develop templates and processes for efficiency gains.
• Maintain insurance product documentation.

This role requires you to have:

• 4+ years of insurance industry experience
• Knowledge of insurance data and metrics
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Experience with SQL
• Adaptability and effective time management
• Effective communication and decision-making skills
