Product Data Analyst

Clyde Companies, Inc. is looking for a Product Data Analyst to enhance the accuracy and consistency of product data. This position plays a key role in managing product master records and improving data practices within the Dynamics 365 system. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to streamline procurement processes and bolster reporting capabilities.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain product records in D365 F&O.
• Define and update product attributes including descriptions, pricing, and procurement categories.
• Collaborate with Category and Site Buyers for sourcing alignment.
• Develop and enforce data standardization practices.
• Implement validation rules to enhance data quality.
• Manage product lifecycle from creation to deactivation.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure accurate product representation.
• Assist stakeholders with product selection and alignment with company policies.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in managing data.

• Experience with ERP systems similar to D365.
