CMI Media Group, a leader in data analytics, is seeking a Senior Analyst to enhance their Data Management suite. This role is essential for managing daily operations for clients, optimizing data management processes, and aiding in the development of data products. The team aims to deliver robust data solutions and maintain high-quality client relations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations of list match services
• Monitor and track incoming client data
• Perform quality assurance checks on data exchanges
• Ensure timely data delivery as per client specifications
• Develop and maintain training modules for staff
• Conduct routine campaign list matching
• Troubleshoot system and user issues
• Mentor new coordinators in processes and deliverables
• Issue client invoices and manage circulation files quarterly
• Coordinate cross-brand target matching for analysis
• Ensure compliance with data confidentiality protocols
• Export target buy lists and manage buy file exports
• Coordinate ad hoc list match requests
• Assist in developing new data assets to drive revenue growth
• Identify data gaps and new system opportunities
• Maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Participate in performance and efficiency initiatives
• Perform user acceptance testing on databases and applications

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel
• 2-3 years experience developing BI reports or dashboards
• 4+ years of experience with data blending
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with secondary data in marketing
