The IT department supports the informational needs of the organization, with a specific focus on maintaining electronic health records through their EHR Systems Specialist.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain the Credible system including the Billing Matrix.
• Assist staff with problem-solving inquiries related to Credible.
• Document system changes and independently troubleshoot complex processes.
• Import and export files from/to various entities.
• Generate forms and reports as needed.
• Process electronic claims files and rebill denied claims.
• Create, run, and analyze reports.
• Provide Level I Helpdesk support and escalate issues as required.
• Maintain agency websites and social media, including site maintenance and content creation.
• Provide basic network security incident response and escalate as needed.
• Provide backup support for IT department when necessary.
• Participate in staff meetings and training events.

This role requires you to have:

• Three years managing a web-based data system and/or electronic billing system.
• Accessibility to a reliable vehicle.
• Act 33 and 34 Clearances.

You would benefit from having:

• Proficiency with Office 365 applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows domain administration.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 & VMware administration.
• Two years of work experience in IT support.
