In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop big data algorithms to interpret and extract insights from data sources.
• Design and implement data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning to solve engineering challenges in drilling and completion operations.
• Create algorithms to communicate data insights.
• Manage multiple projects across various petroleum operations.
• Prepare and present project reports and findings to management.
• Conduct business activities following company core values.
• Coordinate with teams in China, requiring occasional travel.

This role requires you to have:

• Programming skills in Python, R, C++ or similar.
• Experience in petroleum engineering, especially hydraulic fracturing and drilling.
• Expertise in data virtualization tools.

• Knowledge in drilling, completion, and fracturing operations.
