Lead Data Scientist

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to manage and guide a team of data scientists. This role involves designing advanced analytics models and ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks and development projects of data science resources.
• Provide technical guidance and validate Data Science development work.
• Oversee creation and reporting of quality metrics for Advanced Analytics projects.
• Lead the design of experiments and testing for AA projects during the pilot phase.
• Ensure scalability, stability, and performance of models and code developed by the team.
• Align technical efforts with the Data Science team at HQ.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• 30% travel expected.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science and model development.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists.
• Expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
