The Data Analyst role on the Research, Evaluation, and Data Team is crucial for strategic decision-making and fulfilling the organization's mission.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop dashboards to support organizational teams and leadership.
• Lead training sessions and hold Office Hours on data topics.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify drivers of metric changes.
• Build SQL models and views and commit them via GitHub.
• Analyze survey data from students and teachers for product improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Passion for driving equity in Computer Science and AI education.
• Proficiency in writing clean, well-tested SQL code.
• Experience in crafting effective data visualizations and dashboards.
• Experience in quantitative or statistical analysis.
• Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Experience in education, computer science, or ed tech.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience building data pipelines in dbt.
