In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop key metrics to understand safety operations while respecting free speech.
• Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reporting for performance indicators.
• Analyze data and create tools to enhance user behavior insights and system improvements.
• Provide data support for A/B testing to drive process changes.
• Collaborate with teams to provide analytical support for product development.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Mastery of SQL or Spark
• 4+ years in large-scale data solutions and analytics
